A 50% deposit of the gross amount for rental taken upon booking/balance 30 days prior.

25% of the paid deposit to be refundable in case of cancellation received 30 days (or more) prior to commencement date. The deposit is lost and not refundable if cancellation made less than 30 days in advance.

While most properties take credit cards for payment you may be asked to pay the bank charges for the transaction. This is usually 3-4% of the total rental.
