Welcome to this wonderful contemporary villa overlooking picturesque Sandy Ground Beach and Road Bay Harbour.

Introductory Special Rate:
1 night free with your 7 night reservation (except christmas and new years)
This wonderful 4 bedroom villa is just newly completed and ready for your arrival.
This is a wonderful villa for you and your family to truly enjoy all that the island and all it has to offer.

Ocassa has 4 wonderful bedrooms and large and airy principal rooms. The kitchen is perfect for creating wonderful meals, or perhaps having a chef come in and do it for you. Check with us and we can make these arrangements for you.

The main floor is open concept and all rooms lead out onto the pool area. Additional bedrooms upstairs have small balconies to enjoy the view and the breezes.

The pool and pool area are large, with spectacular views over Sandy Ground Beach and Road Bay

All of the bedrooms have AC.

in addition there is a separate apartment with living area, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with ensuite. Bedroom has a queen size bed.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
