The villa has a large and spacious living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas suitable for your party. A complete kitchen finishes the main floor.

Five bedrooms are located on 4 floors and the masters enjoy spectacular view overlooking the ocean. A fifth level offers a breathtaking western view down the Anguilla coast line and towards evening sunset views.

The large pool deck is spacious, and can accommodate large groups if you are thinking of perhaps a wedding or family reunion.

Rates quoted are per week for a full 5 bedroom villa. Rates are inclusive of service charges but exclusive of 10% government tax. 14 Night Minimum for Holiday Season.

Please inquire regarding rates and availability for bookings of less than a week. Rates may also be offered, subject to availability, for bookings of less than a full 5 -bedroom villa (i.e. 2 or 3 bedrooms only) - please contact us for rates and availability.

50% of the total stay is due within 7 days of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable.
