It is situated between Anguilla Great House and the old Rendezvous Bay Hotel property.

The principle rooms all have walk outs on to the spacious pool area with loungers, dining area and wonderful areas to relax, unwind and enjoy the fabulous ocean breezes off Rendezvous Bay.

The pool is large and free style shaped, with stairs to enter, and a wonderful infinity edge.

The kitchen and living areas are modern with just the right touch of caribbean charm and style and immediately welcome you. The kitchen is open and complete, with a lovely dining area exposed to the with immense sliding glass doors. Or enjoy dining alfresco with a convenient dining area poolside.

The living area is cool and comfortable with AC throughout. In fact the entire villa has AC. And there is a large screen TV to enjoy. You can also enjoy a small reading/conversation nearby or enjoy the screened in porch with beautiful rich coloured furnishings.

There are four bedrooms at SeaBird. All offer privacy, serenity and comfort.
The master enjoys its own private deck and ensuite, with calm colours to sooth. As well there is a TV, and separate study with ensuite which can be turned into an additional bedroom.

The west wing of the villa has two floors, with two bedrooms on the upper floor and one bedroom on the main. Each bedroom has an ensuite, and outdoor sitting area with fabulous views.

The gardens are large and beautiful, with fabulous views over Rendezvous Bay and over to the mountains of St. Martin. The beach is a short stroll from the villa, so its easy to be back and forth between the two.

All bedrooms open on to decks, so we recommend that young children be properly accompanied.
