The main house has one bedroom with ensuite and walk out shower, and a great room with living area, kitchen and dining area.

The living area has beautiful views over the pool and the ocean, and the kitchen provides a wonderful back drop for food preparation and socializing for you and your party. A large island with bar stools is the perfect spot for breakfast or cocktails.

Or move your party outside to the pool side deck areas. There are loungers, dining tables surrounded by beautiful and mature foliage.

Two pavilions have walkouts to the pool area. They are identical bedrooms with kitchenettes, ensuites with outdoor showers and air conditioning.

This is a perfect venue for 1, 2 or 3 couples or families with older children. Bedrooms not required for your stay are closed off and not rented to other parties, so you have complete privacy at the villa.

Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are per night. Government tax and service charge are included

50% deposit to confirm reservation and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

Payments may be made by wire transfer, cashiers check, VISA, American Express or Mastercard.

If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival the deposit is refunded in full minus $100 administration fee. If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.

Maximum occupancy is 2 people per bedroom

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
