Policies

Rates are for up to two people in a one-bedroom apartment, four people in a two-bedroom apartment. A daily charge for one extra person in a two-bedroom apartment is $50, plus $1 per night government levy. A 10% government tax and 10% service charge (in lieu of gratuities) and a government levy of $1 per person, per night will be added to the final bill, unless otherwise noted.

Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted…. but sorry, no personal cheques.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Deposits are refundable less 20% cancellation fee if received in writing 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits are forfeited if notification is not received with the cancellation period. The deposit is credited to the confirmed period of time. Late arrivals or early checkouts will be charged for the full payments of this reserved period. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Check out: 12:00 noon

No-shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.

Children over 12 years welcome.
