RATES
A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due within two weeks of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival, except during the Holiday Season (15 December - 6 January), where full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
10% Government Tax and 5%Service Charge will be added to the rates.
Crib available.
Check-in time 3 p.m.; check-out time 11 a.m.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Mastercard, or Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable in full (less a US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. All Holiday Season bookings (15 December - 6 January) are completely non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.
There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.Thereafter the deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a reservation.
