Policies

Rates are based on a maximum of 8 guests, 2 per bedroom. Additional charges will apply to extra persons.

These rates include complimentary one 4 seat car rental for villa during period of stay, (insurance and driving license paid by guest). These rates also include an in house dinner for your arrival night. A list of options will be provided.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars per night unless otherwise specified. All rates INCLUDE 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total cost is due within 7 days of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable. For Festive season the balance is due on September 1st and is non-refundable.
