This fabulous five bedroom private villa has exquisite views overlooking Sandy Hill Bay Beach. It can be rented as a 2,3,4 or 5 bedroom villa depending on your needs and extra bedrooms are closed off during your stay.

While new to the villa scene this year, Gardenia has mature landscaping for privacy and beauty.

The villa's main building is comprised of the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen along with a second floor master suite with an ensuite and walk out to balcony.

The guest suites are in building II and there are four suites on three floors.

The lower level suite has a full kitchen along with living and dining area.

The pool and pool areas are large and command impressive views of Sandy Hill Bay below. A small beach at Seafeathers bay is just a short stroll from the villa. Larger Sandy Hill Beach is a jaunt across the rocks - about 20 minutes or a five minute drive.

Bedrooms

Master Suite The master suite has a king size bed with ensuite and walkout to private balcony is located in the main building
Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and is on the upper level of Building II and has an ensuite and private balcony
Bedroom 3 Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds, ensuite and on the main level of Building II. It has a walkout to pool area
Bedroom 4 Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, ensuite, walk out to pool area and is on the main level of Building II
Bedroom 5 Bedroom 5 is on the lower level of Building II. It has three twin size beds, a full kitchen and dining area and one bathroom.

Air conditioning has now been added to all bedrooms.

Policies

Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guest\'s scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guest\'s schedule date of arrival. The Owners must receive full and final payment including all taxes & service at least 30 days prior to the guest\'s scheduled date of arrival.

$1500US security deposit.
