Villa(s) Elegante and Romantica joined the fabulous list of properties last year. They are offer a long list of amenities, sophistication and great comfort for your stay on Anguilla. They are perfect if you and your partner are travelling alone, or bring along another couple and rent both.

The shared pool and jacuzzi, outdoor wet bar and gas grill are perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary celebration or just vacationing to get away from the ordinary.

Enjoy breathtaking views over the Atlantic, all within a short distance of Island Harbour, Scilly Key, Le Bon Pain and Hibernia.

Each villa offers a large living room with tv, ac and walk outs to a wonderful gallery and a dining room to enjoy wonderful dinners in. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare both simple and elegant meals at home. However, Hibernia restaurant is just a stone's throw away. The bedroom is luxurious and has ac and an ensuite.

The living room and dining room have walkouts to the balcony which overlooks the Atlantic.

In between the two villas is a shared jacuzzi for a relaxing soak any time of day and the swimming pool is a welcome addition.

There is a long list of amenities including air conditioning in the bedroom, flat screen tv, stereo system and dishwasher. Maid service is included weekdays and weekends can be added if desired.

Policies

Terms:
-Reservations are confirmed by 50% deposit
-Balance due must be received 60 days prior to arrival
-If confirming within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the total is due
-An additional refundable $500 security deposit is required (covers breakage or damage)
-Although every effort will be made to assist confirmed guests, Quixotic Villas will not amend confirmed dates which conflict with other reservations.

Cancellation Policy
-If reservation is cancelled within 15 days of deposit, a full refund will be issued.
-For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival, a 60% refund will be issued.
-For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, only a refund of the total government tax, service charge and security deposit will be issued.
