Policies

Deposit and Payment
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of 10% government tax and 10% service charge. A 72 hour hold on our calendar will become a confirmed reservation once the deposit is received. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
More than 90 days prior to arrival deposits will be fully refunded. 90-60 days, 50% refund. Less than 60 days, no refund.

Privacy

• Exclusive use of entire Bird of Paradise estate whether you occupy one suite or four.
• The Bird of Paradise is not part of any resort or compound of villas. It is an extremely private and expansive property. Guests do not share facilities or staff with any other villa.

Beach

• Direct Access to the beach at Sandy Hill Bay
• Long sandy beach excellent for walking, swimming and snorkeling
• No hotels or big resorts on the beach

Pools

• Three heated pool areas
• Lagoon-style with depths 3’ to 9’

Staff and Services

• Property manager works exclusively for the Bird of Paradise and will meet and greet guests upon arrival at the anguilla airport or dock.
• Staff prepares daily continental breakfast
• 24 hour concierge
• Daily housekeeping (2 maids)
• Groundsman to assist with beach chairs, etc.
• Pool and Maintenance on staff.
