African Sapphire Villa is Altamer's latest addition. Six spectacular bedrooms with two third floor masters with balconies and superb ensuites await you. The masters have private offices with personal computers, internet access, printer and fax machine. Four additional guests rooms offer superb views of St. Martin, travertine marble bathrooms, tv with dvd and internet access.

For size, splendor and sophistication, nothing can even come close to this villa. Our reservation agents were able to visit soon after opening and this villa offers it all.

The principal rooms are large and airy with all the committment to detail that we have come to expect from the Altamer experience. The decor is breathtaking with the emphasis on African themes and artifacts.

Policies

Deposits
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival.

Rates are inclusive of the following:
Each villa comes with its own private swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, personal butler with 8 other dedicated staff (chef available if meal plan selected), home theater, state of the art villa sound system, elevator, in villa office with high speed internet connection and wireless access, Caribbean breakfast (fruit, assortment of breads, cereal), cocktail hour canapés, selected beverages (mineral water, coffee, tea). There are 2 tennis courts, with basketball hoops, and 1 volleyball court for the three villas.
