Villa Ivy is located in the enclave of private villas on Seafeathers Bay. These lovely properties are well priced and perfect for your holiday in Anguilla.

Villa Ivy has two large bedrooms and bathrooms, a large open concept principal rooms and a wonderful wrap around style deck. The high cathedral ceiling and glass doors across the entire front of the house give a spacious and light feeling to the villa. Recently redecorated, the home is furnished with Caribbean flair and lovely artwork from around the world.

The airy and bright combination living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for a family holiday or a romantic honeymoon. Because its location at the top of the hill, you can gaze at the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from all three sides of the house. For a quick dip or a morning of sun, the pool is only a few steps from the house via a private walkway.

Located at the top of the gently sloping hill above Seafeathers Bay, Villa Ivy has a fabulous panoramic view of the Caribbean and neighboring islands. Enjoy the cooling breezes of the tradewinds from the wrap around deck. A large custom built stone BBQ gives you the option of enjoying meals at
home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and a walk out to the deck. The second bedroom has a separate but private bath and walk out to the deck.

There is a swimming pool separate from the villa that is shared by two other villas. If you require more than two bedrooms, Villa Ivy can be combined with Miles Away and Sunrise to provide up to six bedrooms for your group or family.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$ 100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by the Owners at least 30 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival.
