Cancellation Policy
Deposits refundable 90 days prior to arrival, less $75 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 90 days are refundable only if we are able to re-book.



Seasons
High Season: December 15 - March 31
Low Season: April 1- December 14

Nightly rates are per villa in U.S. dollars.
Add $25 nightly for an extra person or extra set up
Government tax and service charge included.

Prices subject to change without notice.

Discount available for extended stays of 14 days or longer.

Reservations

Payment in full is required for a reservation of 7 nights or less.

For reservations of more than 7 nights a 50% deposit is required.
Balance is due upon arrival (except high season & national holidays, which is due 90 days before)

One week minimum stay in high season, or subject to availability.
3 night min. stay in low & mid season.
$50 administration fee for changes in reservations
