Policies

50% Required upon signing of reservation agreement. Full refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled within 15 days of receipt. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If balance is not received 60 days prior to arrival, reservation is automatically cancelled and all deposits are non-refundable. Security deposit will be refundable within 60 days of departure.

Rates include use of the villa and all its facilities, a full time staff including concierge and housekeeping services, daily continental breakfast, select beverages and bottled water. A $3,000 security deposit applies. Rates are subject to change without notice.
