The main house has two identical master bedrooms with king size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, sliding doors with screens to the pool deck and ensuite bathrooms. The villa is designed ideally for two or three couples to enjoy the common area with the benefit of their own private suites. The third bedroom is located in the garden, with sliding doors to a private sitting area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bath, and the option of either two twin or a king size bed.

Sweet Return Villa has recently completed extensive renovations with exquisite new furnishings, all new, large windows (to capture the breathtaking views and the tropical breeze), hurricane shutters and the addition of air conditioning in all three bedrooms. The main house has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, office centre, entertainment unit, central living area in addition to a small sunroom, the perfect place to tuck away for some solitude.

Policies

A 25% deposit is needed to confirm. A second 25% payment required six month prior to arrival and full payment including a security deposit is due 45 days prior to tenancy. One day’s rental is required for a security deposit refundable after inspection by our local management and review of long distance telephone charges.
