We offer a brand new property with rates from 156-318US for lovely and spacious suites including govt tax and service.

The one bedroom and jr suites range from 400-550 square feet and have attractive Indonesian style wood and rattan furnishings, with calm colours and attractive finishes. There is also a two bedroom suite.

All of the suites have living room grouping areas with comfy sectionals, rattan furniture or day beds.

There is a full kitchen, air conditioning, telephone, wireless hi speed internet, TV and ceiling fans in each unit.

This is suite 101 - a jr suite - ocean view - on the main level.

Our writer liked suite 201, a jr suite on the second level. Its a corner suite on the 2nd floor with lots of windows and light and overlooks the harbour.

All units have small balconies, and the front facing units overlook Sandy Ground Harbour. The garden view suites have ocean views from the balconies only.

There are full bathrooms with showers (some with tubs) , fluffy white towels and king size beds in each suite.

Enjoy complimentary continental breakfast every morning between 7 and 10 am, served in a lovely outdoor setting.

There is a rustic path down into Sandy Ground - not for the faint of heart

Policies

Rates are for up to two persons in a one bedroom suite and four persons in a 2 bedroom unit. A daily charge for one extra person is US$50. A maximum 4 persons in all units is permitted.

A 10% government tax and 10% service charge (in lieu of gratuities) and a government levy of US$1 per person, per night are included in the price quoted, unless otherwise noted.

Children under 12 welcome free of charge in shared accommodation. Crib rental US$30.00 per night.

Cash, Credit Cards, wire transfers, and bank drafts accepted.

Credit card details are required to process a reservation. A one night deposit for each room reserved is required to guarantee a reservation of one or two nights only. Bookings longer than two nights require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation. Deposits are refundable less US$50 cancellation fee if received in writing 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are forfeited if notification is not received within the cancellation period. The deposit is credited to the confirmed period of time. Balance due upon check-in.

No-shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.
