Shallow waters provide ideal swimming for vacationing visitors of all ages. A large pool with plenty of lounge chairs is truly inviting to spend a lazy afternoon relaxing on the island.

This beachfront holiday suite is a custom decorated, just right for your holiday vacation with designer furniture such as 'Lexington' and 'Tommy Bahama'. Local artists paintings from around Anguilla are displayed thru out the villa for a true Anguillan surrounding.

2 bedrooms, plus a studio bedroom and one full bath able to accommodate 4-6.

A spacious living area with large windows overlooks the ocean, and is stylishly furnished with water hyacinth overstuffed chairs & sofa designed for a relaxing place to spend your holiday free time.

There is a large screen cable TV/DVD & stereo system, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining table that seats up to six of your holiday guests.

Policies

All rates in US Dollar. Prices do not include a 10% service charge and 10% government tax. $2.00 per day government tourism levy also not included. For weekly rentals, mid-week cleaning and end stay cleaning included. For nightly rentals, end stay cleaning included. Additional cleaning and laundry service may be arranged, at request, for additional fee.

A $200.00 security deposit is required to secure a reservation due within fourteen (14) days of reservation request. This will be applied to the rental cost. Additionally, a $200.00 refundable damage deposit is required. Security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the residence after your stay. Any damages will be assessed at the actual cost of replacement for like or similar item plus any shipping & associated transport costs.

Full payment is due six weeks prior to arrival (9 weeks for December and January).

Cancellation policy: Payment will be forfeited if canceled within six weeks prior to arrival (9 weeks for December and January).
