Kitchen: Fully appointed granite top, stainless steel sink, cooking range or microwave oven, dishwasher, eat-in island and wine cooler plus cabinets. Full size dining area with table and seating for 10. Great room with double sofa plus club chairs, spectacular ocean views, ceiling fans and track lighting. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Pool30 x 15' Fresh Water PoliciesA 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by Kokoon Villas at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Kokoon Villas in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by Kokoon Villas in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.Kokoon Villas reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies.
