Las Brisas sits on the hill side in Seafeathers with fabulous views overlooking Sandy Hill Bay. It is a tranquil setting surrounded by lush vegitation and provides a welcome place to relax after a day on the beach. Sandy Hill Bay is a short 5 minute drive from the villa. You can walk over the coral, but not recommended for young children.







The open concept living room and dining room have comfy furnishings for relaxing and a walkout to the gallery overlooking the bay. A small alcove is perfect for catching up with the news or letters from home as hi speed internet is available. Please bring your own laptop.

The kitchen is perfect with built in oven, stove top and all the amenities that you require. China is authentically Mexican in staying wth the overall feel of the villa.






The two main floor bedrooms each have there own ensuite bathroom with shower and talevera sinks. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and a walk out to the gallery. Air conditioning has been added for your comfort to each of the bedrooms.






A third bedroom suite is on the lower level of the villa. It has a separate entrance. The suite includes bedroom, small sitting area, porch, kitchenette and attached bathroom. There are two twin beds, but they can also be made up as king size bed if required.
