Policies

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. For one week reservations, deposit is refundable, less $50US handling, if notice is received 45 days before arrival. For reservations of more than one week, special conditions apply. Service charge on this property is extra to the nightly rate.
