The Coves - Finally available on the villa rental scene in Anguilla. We are pleased to bring you this wonderful new property for your next visit to Anguilla. It offers charm and a long list of comforts and amenities for a spectacular holiday on Anguilla's southern coast.
Perched at waters' edge, the views of St. Martin are spectacular and this wonderful villa is the perfect setting for your next holiday. The Coves, comprised of three pavilions on a large one-acre property offers up to five bedrooms for a wonderful stay for family and/or friends. While offering a wonderful venue for a family, The Coves is one of the few villa properties on Anguilla that offers a number of master suites.
Casa Grande, the main house has two master bedroom suites along with a gourmet kitchen (cook top, built in oven, wine fridge) living room, dining area and covered dining area by the pool. This pavilion is L shaped and the bedrooms have exterior entrances. The villa offers Caribbean charm with wonderful louvered doors and rattan furnishings.
Casa Bella can be rented with the main house providing two additional boutique style bedrooms with ensuites, an open concept living room and kitchen with built in furnishings and a wonderful covered gallery area for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view of St. Martin. A local craftsman has created some wonderful finishes in the kitchen, living area and bedroom/bathrooms. Local sand and shells have been incorporated into the very original and artistic vanities, showers and kitchen island.
Casita, the final bedroom is located in its own little hideaway on the property and offers a full studio with ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, a kitchenette and living area.

PoliciesAll prices quoted are nightly rates in U.S. dollars are fully inclusive of government tax and service charge. All prices are based on two people sharing each bedroom.The Cove will do their best to accommodate any reasonable requests made with regard to check-in and check out times. Check in time on arrival is after 4:00pm local time unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Cove Villa. Check out time is 12:00pm local time unless prior arrangement has been made with The Cove. A provisional booking date may be and will be held for one week pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate. A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation deposit has been received and when The Cove has confirmed the booking in writing. 50% of the total rental fee must be received to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full at the time of booking. The Cove reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by the Owners at least 30 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable. A credit card authorization is required for all properties as security against property loss or damage and unpaid telephone or other charges. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Guest. Large parties, weddings, or other receptions must be approved in writing by The Cove. RatesRates are quoted in US Dollars per night unless otherwise specified.All rates include government tax and service charge.
