TRIXY, The Monkey that Ate Nevis is a highly illustrated children's book written and illustrated by Jo-Anne Mason.
This is her second children's book featuring a creature on a Caribbean island.

Trixy is a tricky monkey who is always getting in trouble because of her huge appetite and selfish attitude. She will not listen to the other monkeys and ends up getting into a dangerous situation where her only hope is her monkey family.
The book features the beautiful Caribbean island of Nevis in the West Indies. The last page of the book is dedicated to information about the Vervet monkey and the island of Nevis.
