Minister of Social Development, Hon. Edison Baird, said he was encouraged by the fact that so many persons responded to the opportunity to study at the College and to obtain certification. He stressed that attaining a level of education could make a difference between employees being retained or being made redundant. “It is critical, therefore, to ensure your continued competitiveness in the job market that you invest in your education,” he advised the graduating students, many of whom are employed in various fields of work.
