The male footballers, shown with Coach Colin Johnson, will represent Anguilla in Antigua between July 21 and 26. They will be competing with teams in the Anguilla, Antigua, St. Kitts and St. Lucia zone.

“It is an under-17 qualifying work-up tournament. We have to qualify first before we get into the World Cup,” Johnson explained. The local team will have to participate in two other rounds of matches. The next round will be in Trinidad.
The World Cup Tournament will be held in Mexico later on.
