The welcome remarks were delivered by the Elected Representative for Valley North, the Hon. Evans Rogers, a parent of one of the students at the school.
Speaking on the theme of the graduation “Dream On”, Mr. Rogers told the students that, as part of their holistic development, “parents who are very important, teachers who are absolutely essential and civil society at large, have to work together in order to allow our most valuable and sacred resources, our children, to be able to dream.”

The former Minister of Education congratulated the graduating class of 2010 for achieving what he described as a milestone. He gave the most appropriate definition of a dream as “a strong desired goal” which he said should be that of the students to achieve success.

The keynote address was delivered by past student, Leriano Webster, a scholar from the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School, now a theological student at the Southern Caribbean University in Trinidad.

The eloquent speaker, who attended the primary school eleven years ago, told the students they had not only made their parents and teachers proud, but their community at large.

“This school has played an imperative part in forming you into who you are,” he told the students. “Be proud of it and always strive to uphold the motto of the school ‘Together we aspire, Together we Achieve.’ Do not just stay here in your educational life, but continue to progress until you reach the mountain top. It is with dignity that I declare to you that you have accomplished, and now it is time to add a new chapter to your life.”
The Valedictory Speech was delivered by Marlene Horsford following the presentation of certificates and awards and a number of renditions.

The graduation ceremony was followed by dinners for the graduates at CuisinArt Resort and Spa and the Anguilla Great House.
