The ceremony, under the theme, “For the good of the Game,” was chaired by former student and teacher, Damien Hughes. He told the competing students that the tournament was part of a process to enable some of them to be selected as players in the national team not only to compete in Anguilla, but in the region and beyond. He called on the students “to effectively balance education with sports” as part of their all-round development.
