A Thanksgiving Service for the life of Shaune Vorne Mussington, who died on J’ouvert Morning on August Monday, during the Summer Festival, will be held at the Christian Fellowship Church at Blowing Point on Saturday, August 15, commencing at 3..00 p.m.

The officiating Ministers will be Senior Pastor Victor H. Brooks and Associate Pastors Randy Isles-Carty and Wanda Brooks of the World Harvest Assembly. Interment will be at the Sandy Ground Cemetery.

The 18-year-old South Hill resident was at the time travelling on one of the band-carrying trucks during the jam session from the Valley to Sandy Ground. It was reported that he fell from his location between the truck and its trailer and died from the injuries he sustained from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

His untimely death caused much regret on the island at a time when so many persons were enjoying themselves. He was the son of Ina and James Almere Mussington to whom, and to other family members, The Anguillian extends its condolences.
