APPRECIATION FOR ARTICLES BY PETER VASILIS

For some time now I have been, and continue to be, an avid reader of the articles by Peter Vasilis, a personal fitness trainer in Anguilla.

I am writing to let him and the public know how his articles have been helping me to keep fit by doing for myself the things he is recommending so that one could have a healthy and functioning body through specific exercises.

I offer him my thanks and appreciation for his weekly column and his commitment to fitness through the written word. I hope he is getting the support he so richly deserves at his “Get Fit Axa” Boot Camp.
