LIME Ordered To Remove ‘All Talk” From The Anguilla Market After Complaint From Digicel

Further to the press release issued on 16 March 2009, LIME would like to advise the public that we have been ordered by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) of Anguilla to withdraw the immensely popular mobile offering ‘All Talk’ from the local market following an unfounded complaint by Digicel.

LIME has been instructed to immediately cease selling ‘All Talk’ and to withdraw it completely from the market by 9 April 2009.

LIME is very disappointed that it has been ordered to withdraw this hugely popular mobile offer which afforded extraordinary saving to our customers, especially in these difficult financial times. We intend to vigorously pursue the matter with the PUC, as regulation should be facilitating competition and not hinder it. We will continue to make every effort to look at various ways to provide cost effective products, services and plans to our customers.
