The Community Relations Department of the Royal Anguilla Police Force, in partnership with the Central Christian School are pleased to announce through this medium that they have just concluded their Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Grade Two Programme at the Central Christian School.

The programme began on January 6, 2009 and ended on January 27, 2009.
During the four weeks nineteen 7-8 year old students were lectured to by Officer Agustina Carbon. Topics covered included drug awareness, personal safety, how to say no to drug offers in a respectful way, anger management and tobacco & alcohol abuse among other topics.
On Tuesday 3 February 2009 Officer Carbon moved to Grade Four of the same school. The course will run for a period of five weeks.
Since the birth of the programme on Tuesday 16 January, 2007 the lectures were well received by the students, parents, teachers and community at large.
We again look forward to the same level of support for the new programme.
