Schools in Anguilla are finding it helpful in their food preparation lessons for their students to visit hotel restaurants and kitchens to get a peek into how they function.
|
One such visit was paid to CuisinArt Resort and Spa by students and teachers from the Orealia Kelley Primary School at Stoney Ground,
They were taken on a tour by Franklyn Hodge, Manager of Café Mediterraneo, who commented that it was a good learning experience for them. He was of the view that
some day a number of the excited students may wish to seek employment at the resort’s facilities.
One of the exiting places for students to visit also, is CuisinArt’s Hydroponic Farm, where most of the hotel’s vegetables are grown for its restaurants and kitchens.
