RE: Expression of Gratitude

Dear Chief Minister, Minister of Health, and colleagues. I am writing this correspondence to express my appreciation for the financial support given in the recent medical care and surgery I had in Puerto Rico this year. For several years I have suffered and was unable to confirm a date for such surgery but your assistance has made it possible and I am grateful.

My wife and my entire family also express their appreciation for the Government’s support and truly thank God Almighty for seeing us to this point in our lives regarding such a serious health matters that threatened the sustainability, security and stability of our family.

I am due to go to Puerto Rico for a reevaluation late this month and I pray that all will be well. In closing I must commend the Minister of Health and the Ministry of Health in particular for the advice and support given to me and the successfulness of the outcome.

I look forward to further discussions with you on the possibilities available to me and Thanks in advance for any further considerations given in this matter.
