Ten contestants performed beautifully throughout the night in the various categories consisting of an introductory speech, future shock, swim wear, talent, evening wear and interview. The ten contestants were Nekesha Adams (St. Vincent and the Grenadines), Kadia Turnbull (BVI), Daina Barnes (Antigua and Barbuda), Valencia Hercules (St. Maarten), Ahyana Bowen (Grenada), Mandie Mickle (Guyana), Kafi Gumbs (Anguilla), Ruenna Marcelina (Curacao) and Felicia Dos Santos (Trinidad and Tobago).
Winner, Ahyana Bowen; 1st Runner-up, Kafi Gumbs; 2nd Runner-up, Nekesha Adams; 3rd Runner-up, Felicia Dos Santos; Miss Photogenic, Ahyana Bowen; Best Introductory Speech, Nekesha Adams; Best Swim Wear, Nekesha Adams; Best Future Shock, Mandie Mickle; Best Performing Talent, Daina Barnes; Best Evening Wear, Nekesha Adams and Best Interview, Nekesha Adams.
