CuisinArt’s General Manager, Stephane Zaharia, said that it was with much delight and pride that he was making the announcement on behalf of the island’s luxury property.

“This is a tremendous accomplishment for the resort, and Anguilla in general, as the competition in this region is very stiff,” he told The Anguillian. “For us to be not only in the top 10 but to be in the top 4 resorts in the Caribbean is a great honour. This can only be achieved with the hard work and dedication of the extraordinary team that works here, and who values every single guest that comes to the resort and get the Anguillian experience and particularly the CuisinArt hospitality.”

Mr. Zaharia praised his 300-plus workers in particular those in the culinary, housekeeping and landscaping departments, the spa, beach, pool, hydroponic farm and other services for contributing to the resort’s success. “All of this, as well as the engineering and maintenance departments, create such an experience that will definitely put us among the top best in the islands,” he went on. “We are looking forward to doing even better in the coming years. The expansion of the spa will be opened for the next season starting November 1st and the new private villas and private pools, and other services, will give us added value and prestige which will make us consider ourselves to be the best destination and the best resort in the Caribbean.

“Last year we were number 10 and now we have made a big jump and have become number 4. We are actually one of two resorts in Anguilla that are in the top 25 in the Caribbean.”

He said that the focus and training at CuisinArt, and its attention to detail and the renowned hospitality it offered were among the highlights of the property’s success. “We can build beautiful resorts and spas, we can have beautiful beaches, but it all ends up with offering a wonderful and smiling and attentive service,” he added. “Competition will get even harder and we need to continue to ensure that the level of service we provide is unmatchable and impeccable.”
