THOMAS RICHARDSON AT 80 Gets Letter From Grandson

Shakim Richardson’s Grandpa, Thomas Richardson, celebrated his 80th Birthday on Sunday 25th May. At a service at the Apostolic Faith Church in The Valley, that day, Shakim read a letter to his Grandpa which said:

Dear Grandpa:

Shakim Richardson
Shakim Richardson
It’s so amazing to see you at your 80th birthday and I hope I make it as far as you are, or even further.

Hey Grandpa, since the age of 9, I wondered why adults’ hair turn white. And oh, trust me. I didn’t get the answer I was looking for, and I think Dad did not get the answer he was looking for either. Anyway, when I asked my Dad he told me that people get white hair when their kids stress them out. Then I thought, why is all your hair white (no offense).

Grandpa, I believe in heredity ‘cause I do know your son might have his Mom’s looks but he has your intelligence, generosity and your brain.

You know what? You’re a really nice, loving, caring and smart man. You’re always there for me, like a piece of gum stuck under my shoe, and that’s why I love you.
Your loving, caring, smart, handsome Grandson,

Shakim
