Mrs. Connor and Ms. York began their studies in August 2005. The 25-month program included rigorous two-week resident sessions held for three consecutive summers, coupled with independent studies, mandatory assignments and thesis.
Each of the three, two-week sessions covers a broad range of topics including real banking issues, and the tools and techniques needed to deal with them successfully. Participants undertake intersession projects designed to reinforce and apply the knowledge acquired in the resident sessions; assignments are customized to their organizations and often lead to improved operations and results for their institutions.
The Bank wishes to congratulate Mrs. Connor and Ms. York on their achievements.
