The first part of the session was hosted by Credit Analyst, Ms. Marissa Rey. Some of the addressed were telephone etiquette in which the correct procedures for answering the phone were emphasized. In addition, Ms. Rey discussed appropriate attire for the professional setting as well as the components of good customer service and positive attitudes.
Part two of the session, which was hosted by Internal Auditor, Mrs. Elvarie Vanterpool, commenced with a personal introduction by each contestant. The contestants were asked to outline their personal career goals. Mrs. Vanterpool then proceeded to educate the contestants on the best ways of realizing their goals. She stressed the importance of planning well for the future and furthering their education.
She further stated that having some work experience before venturing off to college is beneficial as it will aid in their personal development and help to make them more prepared for the tasks they will face at university.
The next planned activity for the contestants is a Motivational Session hosted by Tr. Art to be held on Saturday, July 14th 2007. The contestants along with the Directors, Management and Staff of the Bank will also be attending a church service on Sunday, July 15th at the Christian Fellowship Church as part of the CCB 30th Anniversary Celebration activities.
