Camp Be Aware, an environmental club, the brainchild of Teacher Art Egel, opened on Monday, July 9, with a large number of children in attendance.

Following the opening session, the youngsters journeyed to the nearby Road Primary School where they have done some environmental awareness work in the past and undertook to continue their voluntary service.
Camp Be Aware has been a most successful undertaking over the years and will observe its tenth and final year in 2008.
