The Executive Director of Kreative Communications Network obtains a Master of Business Administration from the Almeda University Idaho, USA. Mr. Carlton Pickering Sr. undertook his studies via distance – learning and completed in November 2006 with a major in Communications with distinction.

This exposure has added to Mr. Pickering’s personal growth, development and professional background in such areas as Counseling, the Media and Public Relations.
Currently, one of the Education Welfare Officers in the Department of Education and produces the Evening programming for the local Television Channel 12 on Caribbean Cable Communications, Mr. Pickering Sr. has been giving Leadership and Management to Kreative Communications Network now for over 10 years.
He is an Ordained Minister – 1981.
He holds a Diploma in Pastoral Ministry, Counseling, Leadership / Development -1979

Mr. Pickering is also a member of the Caribbean Broadcasting Union.
At the 37th annual General Meeting held in St. Maarten 2006 he was among those who the President of CBU Mr. Vic Fernandes singled out for his initiative in preserving the history of the Caribbean Union through his photography and making it available to other members.
