The date was given by D. C. Becker, Vice President for Sales and Marketing with Flag Luxury Properties, the company which owns the project. The development work, which also comprises 10 Temenos Villas, 13 Estate Homes and 16 St. Regis Ocean Front Residences and a 97-room hotel, is being undertaken at a cost of some 250 million US dollars.

Mr. Decker, along with his colleague, May Wong, Vice President of St. Regis Residential Marketing and Sales, were recently in Anguilla to oversee the project and to assist in conducting the Open House. St. Regis, the luxury brand of Starwood Hotel & Resorts will be managing the project.

The Open House attracted a large number of residents and visitors, many from various hotels on the island. They were all impressed with the work on the site where, in the vicinity of the Club House, now under construction, the 18th hole of the golf course is virtually completed and grassed, providing a very welcome and attractive view across the property. The entire golf course is already shaped and in due course will be fully grassed with all the other holes in place.

The entire golf course will be open to the public, but the distinction will be that in order for persons to become members of the Temenos Golf Club, they will be required to be a home-owner.

According to Mr. Decker, the clubhouse should be completed by April/May 2006. Of the estate homes to be constructed, six were already sold last week and it was expected that in a few days up to three others would have been purchased.

The estate homes are 4000 - 4800 square feet and are priced between six and a half and eight and a half million US dollars. The Temenos villas, each of which is 3200 square feet, will be available in three bedrooms for four million, two hundred and fifty thousand dollars; and for four bedrooms, four and a half million.

The last piece of the residential component of the retreat will accommodate the St. Regis Ocean Front residences. There will be eight buildings of two units with each being 2200 square feet and priced at three million two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars.

It is understood that some 39 percent of the property is being sold.
The Open House provided many persons with a great deal of information about the project as explained by the marketing and sales personnel as well as by the many models on display.
