The welcome ceremony was held on Wednesday evening at CuisinArt Resort. Delegates were listed as representing Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts-Nevis, St. Lucia and St. Vincent, the French Junior Chamber of Martinique and the St. Maarten Jaycees.

Among the distinguished guests are the International Vice President of Junior Chamber International assigned to the Caribbean and the Americas, Wesley Springer, and the President of the West Indies Jaycees, Jannet Gibson.
The meeting, which continues until Sunday, May 23, will include General Assembly and open caucus sessions and training sessions. The meeting will climax with a closing ceremony and awards dinner at KEGS Palace at George Hill.

The meeting was coordinated by the Anguilla Junior Chamber under the direction of Junior Chamber International Senator, Lowell Payne.
