Anguilla National Culinary Team Selection Fundraising Event
Sunday January 29th, at Veya Restaurant in Sandy Ground, starting at 4:00 pm.
Tickets Now Available: US $ 50.00.
All proceeds will go towards assisting the team to travel to Miami, and represent Anguilla at the 2012 Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition in June.

Tickets can be purchased at the door at Veya Restaurant on the night of the event.
Or on Monday and Tuesday, January 16-17 at the AHTA in The Valley, 497-4944
The event is being organized by the AHTA and Veya Restaurant, is being well supported by the islands restaurants from as well as Merchants Market and Grand Vin De France.
Come out and support the Anguilla Culinary Team in their efforts to reach Miami this year.

Air Anguilla Services provides charter and shuttle services for the island of Anguilla. They have daily scheduled flights from SXM to AXA and back. They also provide charter services to many neighbouring Caribbean neighbours.

The Ferry Terminal at Blowing Point is often a visitors first glimpse of Anguilla. It is also the best way to take a day trip to neighbouring island St. Martin, Sint Maarten.

THE DAYTIME FERRY
Daytime ferry service starts at 7:00 AM everyday and runs every half hour until the last day ferry leaves Anguilla at 6:15 PM and returns from St. Martin at 7:00 PM.
Schedule Below (but not always exactly on time)

Final Departure Tax:
EC$53.00 or US$20.00 ADULT
EC$26.50 or US$10.00 CHILD

Daytrippers Tax: $5.00 US
A day tripper visits St. Martin and returns the same day.

Ferry Price:
$15.00 US per person one way
Children 1 year to 8 years $8.00 US

Some of our ferries have open upper decks.
The Link, The Deluxe, The Diamond, The Shantiwa. Ask about your ferry at the port.
Note: There is no way to reserve a seat on the ferry. Just arrive at the port and purchase your ticket and wait for the next ferry.

Charter boats in Anguilla will pick you up at the SXM airport in Simpson Bay or the Simpson Bay bridge and carry you and your luggage to Blowing Point. If you are coming to Anguilla and do not wish to travel on the ferry, consider a charter or shuttle boat for your trip.
Have this information ready when you contact your charter boat.
